With forty years in the software technology industry Mr. Figueroa is probably best known for his vision and leadership within the Multivalue market.  In 1987,  Mr. Figueroa as CEO of  PICK Systems re-positioned the company from an operating system provider to an embedded Database Management systems house serving all of the UNIX flavors – from Linux, to ATT’s SVR4, to IBM’s AIX, SunOS, SCO Unix, etc.  In 2000 Mr. Figueroa engineered and completed the acquisition of  PICK Systems, where he served as President and CEO.  After increasing the valuation of PICK Systems almost three fold, he successfully executed a reverse merger with OMNIS Software, a publicly traded NASDAQ company which resulted in a renamed company, Raining Data Corporation, (NASDAQ; RDTA)

Mr. Figueroa has an impressive track record as a leader with technology companies in market segments covering Worldwide Product Distribution, Manufacturing, Accounting Systems, Workflow Management and Online Web Applications.

In 2002, Mr. Spells was instrumental in merging Cuebic with Blacksmith Corporation to form ONgroup.  As president of ONgroup, Mr. Spells was pivotal in creating new markets for MultiValue applications to run in the relational marketplace by integrating MultiValue applications with more well known relational technologies.  The focus is continued at ONsystex where Mr. Spells is leading expansion into new business application markets by forming strategic partnerships with well established business application software vendors.
